Complimentary Phone Introduction

(15-30 minutes)

Is our team a good fit for you and your unique situation? Do your wellness, nutrition and lifestyle goals align with our offerings? This is your time to pepper us with questions and determine if we have the right expertise to meet your needs.

Initial Visit 

(75 minutes)

What would you like to work on? We will review your current dietary habits, medical/medication history and top wellness concerns. An individualized care plan will be established to help streamline your priorities and goals.

Follow-up Consultation

(60 minites)

During follow-up sessions, we will discuss goal progression. We will revisit your individualized care plan, making modifications as needed to ensure you reach established wellness goals. Any additional questions and concerns will be addressed during this visit.

HSA, FSA and payment plans may be available for those with other insurance providers. After services have been rendered, you can request a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement if they cover dietitian services.
